1. Multi-purpose Intelligent Borehole TV Imager (Patented)
The borehole TV imager integrates functions of full-hole wall digital image mosaicking and in-hole video recording. In addition, image mosaicking and video recording can be synchronized and data playback is supported.
2. Full-automatic Working Mode Borehole TV Imager (Patented)
The probe is hoisted up and down at a constant speed by a stepping motor to complete hole wall image mosaicking and in- hole video recording.
■ Automatic mode, saving time and effort, especially for deep hole inspection.
■ Automatic constant speed mode, avoiding unstable movement of probe, unsmooth image mosaicking and gaps caused by manual operation. Automatic mode has better image quality.
3. Open Lens (Patented)
The lens is designed to be open, protecting by a Half-Dome explosion-proof glass cover.
■ Open-sided lens is more convenient for downhole shooting and provides better sharpness and color fidelity.
■ 1 meter front illumination distance, enabling to observe whether there is blocking, collapse, break or falling cuttings ahead. It can effectively prevent hole jamming and enhance the safety of the equipment.
■ The lens is protectd by a detachable explosion-proof glass cover with a compressive strength of over 20MPa.
4. Open Type LED Lignt (Patented)
The LED lignts have high brightness and the brightness is adjustable.
■ The high brigntness LED lights are mounted in a circle, allowing the light has no dead angle and no ghosting, and providing better imaging effect in hole;
■ The light is designed to be open, offering better light source uniformity, divergence and penetration, suitable for larger diameter boreholes of different sizes.
5. Complete Configuration
■ The probe is complete in specification (The probe with 30mm-300mm diameter are available).
■ The probe for horizontal hole and tilt hole with high azimuth precision can be customized on request, and a light pushing ram with an allowable advanced depth of up to 200 meters is also available.
6. 1:1 Imaging
■ Iimaging ratio can be automatically adjusted according to the borehole diameter. The ratio of acquired image and actual object is 1: 1.
■ Image is undistorted and has no mosaic when it is zoomed.
